In order to avoid crowding at all times and to strictly follow the norms of physical distancing, certain measures have been determined in the interest of the applicants and the staff. All applicants may accordingly note the following:
— Prior appointment for submission of application for passport-related or attestation services is mandatory. Applicants without confirmed appointment shall not be entertained.
— The appointment can be sought by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through call center (Tel No. 920006139). Email mode may be preferred for seeking appointment.
— Nobody except the applicant shall be allowed. Hence only the applicant with confirmed appointment should visit the Center at the time indicated in the appointment.
— No applicant without a mask shall be allowed to enter the center.
— Since there is limit to the number of applicants that can be served at the centers while following all the health norms issued by the Saudi authorities, priority in appointments will be given those whose passports have already expired or are due to expire soon and who need to travel or renew Iqamas etc. Hence only those who genuinely need to have their passports reissued should seek appointment. Please understand that every request for appointment cannot be accommodated immediately under the given circumstances.
— Violation of health related guidelines may attract fines and penalties from the local law enforcement authorities. Applicants must follow these guidelines and avoid crowding at all times. The temperature of each applicant will be checked prior to the entry. Hence applicants with symptoms of illness must avoid visiting the centers.
