The custodian of two holy mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz ordered on Friday to the government to bare 60% of salaries of Saudi employees private sectors.
This step is the latest economic package in the country to help financial impact of the virus as the number of cases hit 1,885 with 21 deaths.
The Saudi Press Agency announced that companies are forced to consider the offices closing due to corona virus.
Now companies have right, instead of terminating the contract of saudi worker, they can apply for compensation request to General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) for their workers at 60% of registered wage in(GOSI) for the duration of 3 months at a maximum of 9000 SAR per month.
