The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia has specified the penalty imposed by the Kingdom on the expatriate who is deported by the concerned authorities outside the country.
This came in response from the official Twitter account of Jawazat to the questions and inquiries of citizens received through tweet. In which one of the users asked,
“Peace be upon you. What is the penalty for deported worker, is it only deportation from the country?”

The response of Jawazat came in a tweet stating, “The instructions stipulate that any expatriate worker who has been deported cannot return to the Kingdom.”
However, the Jawazat has specified two cases, in which the deportee is excluded from the ban penalty, which is for the purpose of Hajj or Umrah only.
